You don’t have to be a chef or a pro in order to cook some delicious meals. People often avoid cooking because they think they are not good enough or have “no talent” for that. On the other hand you can find people who constantly make an excuse saying they have no time for that.
Well the first step that will help you to overcome this “fear” of cooking is to be honest with yourself and admit that maybe you do have time for that, and that you just might be using that excuse because you think you are not capable of doing it.
That’s the typical case of choosing different priorities, because if you can do something else, instead of cooking, it just means you don’t want or you are afraid of doing it.
