The particular type of cooking practice of a society related to their culture and tradition is called a cuisine. Every area inherits a cooking practice with the available ingredients around them and which is favorable to their climatic conditions. Trading and tourism have spread the cooking practices worldwide and food enthusiasts made it available everywhere. A person who dreams of good food goes hand with travelling a lot and exploring new places.

Italian cuisine
A lot of cooking practice evolved with the emergence of civilizations and Italian cuisine is the oldest of them. Rich in cheese the primary cuisine contains appetizer, pasta, meat and dessert.

Indian cuisine
Known for its spicy India has a variety of cooking practices, which differ from east to west and north to south. Only some cuisines are popular like North Indian food.

Thai cuisine
A lot of meat dishes, Thai food include herbs and uncooked vegetables. It gives a new experience to taste buds.

Chinese cuisine
Spread worldwide, the Chinese brought the culture of fast food. They use forks and spoons to eat food and manners are related to the position of these in a plate after food.

Spanish cuisine
Sangria is the famous wine-brandy combination fruit drink. They use a lot of olive oil and potatoes in their cooking.

Middle East cuisines
To cope up with the high temperature, lots of fruits are being consumed and less meat. Drinks are experimented with grapes, orange and dates.

The culture of cooking relies a lot in religions. With new found cooking practices famous chefs nowadays try fusion food with a combination of cooking practices around the globe.
